Our group believes that impactful research is built through collaboration. Collaboration is a key element of our scientific activity. Our research is strengthened through a broad network of national and international universities, research institutes, industry and agricultural partners, further expanded through our participation in Horizon Europe and other competitive European and national research programmes and consortia. These interdisciplinary partnerships bring together complementary expertise and infrastructure, enabling us to address complex research questions, foster knowledge exchange and translate scientific discoveries into innovative applications in human health, animal production, biodiversity, agriculture and the agri-food sector.

Academic & Research Partners

Our academic network includes collaborations with universities, research institutes and scientific teams in Greece and abroad. Within the University of Thessaly, we maintain strong interdisciplinary collaborations with research groups from the Department of Animal Science, the Faculty of Veterinary Science and the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, combining expertise in genomics, animal science, veterinary medicine, bioinformatics and digital technologies. Beyond the University of Thessaly, our academic collaborations include leading Greek and international institutions, supporting joint research projects, scientific publications, knowledge exchange and competitive research projects.
